1. Do GLYCEL products have an expiration date?

GLYCEL’s first priority is to provide superior quality products. All GLYCEL products and their ingredients are subjected to various evaluations prior to launch to ensure their quality and safety.

GLYCEL products are guaranteed to be of good quality for two years after manufacture when unopened. Under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, cosmetics whose properties and quality are stable for more than two years under appropriate storage conditions are exempted from the labeling of expiration dates. Therefore, GLYCEL products are not labeled with an expiration date.

However, storage conditions also have a significant impact, so please use the product as soon as possible after purchase.

2. I want to know how to store GLYCEL products.

Storage instructions for GLYCEL products are detailed in the instruction manual.

Store in a room temperature place where the temperature does not change much and is not exposed to direct sunlight.

Some products may separate or otherwise lose quality due to changes in temperature.

 

3. Can GLYCEL products be used with other companies’ products?

GLYCEL is most effective when used in a series, but can also be used in conjunction with other companies’ products.

However, we do not know about other companies’ products, so please consult each cosmetic company before using them together.

 

4. Can GLYCEL products be used during pregnancy?

In general, during pregnancy and lactation, your skin may be more sensitive and fragrance sensitive. We do not recommend using them.

If you have any concerns, we recommend that you consult a medical specialist and choose cosmetics according to his/her guidance.

Please refrain from using the G-PowerLift+ ionic high-frequency tightening facial device during pregnancy and lactation.

Founded in 1985, GLYCEL, named after the initials of its main ingredients “Glycosphingolipids™” and “Cell,” is a brand symbolizing “cell repair” and “protection.

 

3. I would like to know the ingredients of GLYCEL products.

All ingredients of GLYCEL products are indicated on the product package in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, so please confirm the ingredients on the product package.

4. Can GLYCEL products be carried on board an airplane? Can GLYCEL products be sent overseas by air? I would like to know the alcohol content.

Cosmetics, including GLYCEL products, are generally allowed in both carry-on and checked baggage.

In general, restrictions are imposed on airline transportation and carry-on baggage for items that may be flammable or combustible, such as items with high alcohol content or oils.

The amounts of each ingredient, including alcohol content, are not provided.

There are restrictions on cosmetics with an alcohol content of 24% or more in carry-on baggage and international mail.

In general, most cosmetics for the face (makeup cosmetics, skin care products, sunscreens, etc.) have an alcohol content of less than 24%.

Please note that all GLYCEL products currently on the market have an alcohol content of less than 24% and are not subject to the regulation.

2. Are GLYCEL products sold overseas the same as those sold in Japan?

GLYCEL is a global brand from Switzerland, and GLYCEL skincare products are basically common worldwide.

However, even for the same product, it may be sold under a different product name overseas.

Regarding Orders

1. Can I only order if I register as a member?

To shop on Glycel – Reputable Skincare Products from Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “this site”), membership registration (free registration) is required. You can register from Register – Glycel – Reputable Skincare Products from Switzerland.

2. Can I order by phone, FAX, or email?

We apologize, but we do not accept orders by phone, FAX, or email. Please access this site from your computer or smartphone to place an order.

3. Is gift wrapping available?

We apologize, but gift wrapping is currently not available.

4. The item I put in my cart is sold out.

Adding an item to your cart does not complete the purchase. Therefore, even if an item was in stock when you added it to your cart, it may be out of stock if you proceed with the purchase process after some time. If you are considering purchasing an item, please proceed with the purchase process as soon as possible.

5. I placed multiple orders on the same day, can they be combined into one order?

We apologize, but this site does not support combining multiple orders for delivery.

6. I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

Regarding Payments

1. What payment methods are available?

Payment methods on this site include credit card (no fee), Paypal, Square

You can choose from these. For details, please check “Payment Methods” in the GLYCEL MY Online Store Terms of Use.

2. What is a security code?

The security code is the last 3 digits printed in the signature field on the back of your card, or the 4 digits on the top right or top left of the front. Entering it on the web helps prevent unauthorized use of your card by third parties.

3. Can I change the payment method after purchase?

We cannot change the payment method after purchase.

4. Can I get a receipt?

For receipt issuance, please contact us via the GLYCEL Contact Form after you have received your ordered product.

Regarding Delivery

1. Can I change the delivery address?

When placing an order, please double-check that your delivery address is correct.

*Please note that we do not accept changes to the delivery address via the GLYCEL Contact Form.

2. Can I specify a delivery company?

Product delivery is entrusted to Sagawa Express Co., Ltd., and customers cannot specify a delivery company.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free.

4. Can I send one order to two different locations?

We apologize, but this site does not allow specifying multiple delivery addresses for a single order. Please complete the purchase process for each delivery address.

5. How long does it take for the product to arrive after ordering?

It varies depending on the time of your order and the delivery region.

6. Can I change or cancel the delivery date?

Changes or cancellations of the delivery date cannot be made after the order has been confirmed.

If you are not home, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice and take the product back temporarily. Please contact the delivery company at the contact information on the notice to specify your preferred delivery date and time.

7. Can you ship overseas?

We apologize, but this site does not ship outside of Japan.

8. What is the delivery status of my order?

In the “Shipping Notification” email sent when your ordered product is shipped from our distribution center, you will find the shipping company name (Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.), tracking number, and a convenient URL for checking delivery status and making inquiries. Please check the delivery status on the Yamato Transport website.
